Most viable IPTV add on for Kodi?

Hello everyone.
This is my first post here and I just purchased my first android box (MXQ). Smile
I am still trying to figure out how to setup Kodi to my liking. I am looking for an addon(s) that offers me the most live tv channels with a nice layout that is easy to understand. I really enjoyed using DNA TV for the day that it was working, but it's unreliable now (Server Overload) so I don't use it now.
Can anyone please recommend me some good addons for iptv? I'm looking for Canadian channels, thanks!

Super Favourites

I am relatively new to KODI. I Love it!!. There is one thing, however, that is a bit of a pain is that you need to back up the navigation one step at a time, or as far as I can tell you have to. I have downloaded Super Favourites which is becoming my main source of navigation and there is an option to create a manual entry. I thought that if I used the activate window 10025 and then pointed to my super favourite repository I could create a "return to main menu" function that I could place on all of my sub-menus.

If I specify a sub-menu it works, but I cannot determine what the syntax should be for the root folder. Can anyone help?

No Sources Found message

Hope I'm in the right place. I seem to recall something about cordcutters being the place for KODI support but I was unable to find information on it.

My problem is this. When I search a movie and find it I hit enter and it pulls up all of the sources available, sometimes the particular source that I choose isn't available for whatever reason, so I have to go back and select another source. When I find out a source isn't available and I hit the back button, instead of it taking me back to the source page it takes me back to the page where the title of the movie is at I then hit the title again and it goes through the same process of searching for sources. Is there any setting or any specific way to prevent from having to search the movie again for sources? Any way to simply get back to the sources page to select another source?

V8 SUPERVIEW

Is there anyone that would be interested in making a v8 superview plug in. This is a paid service to watch the V8's supercars in Australia but not available to Australia or New Zealand but a smart dns fixes that problem. The service cost $39 for the season pass and you get to watch every race and qualifing live as well as replays after the races have finished normally within 12hrs. Currently I can go to the website via my android phone using Chrome browser and cast the race's to my TV.
One would need access to the website so I would be happy to pay for a season pass to the developer.

Gay Cinema ADDON or CATEGORY

Just wondering if anyone knows of a current ADDON that specializes in GAY CINEMA, MOVIES AND FILMS? OR, if there is an ADDON that contains a category search for GAY CINEMA? When you google GAY KODI ADDONS all it brings up is XXX/Porn -- even when you include FILMS OR MOVIES. We are looking for non-porn gay movies -- gay cinema.

Hoping someone can help. I know that ROKU offers a gay cinema ADDON but when we tried to install FILMRISE for Kodi, it doesn't do anything (meaning it doesn't install). It's located in the Video ADDONS "Get More" section but it just won't install.

Right now we resort to finding movies with gay themes via Google and try searching for them under various ADDONS. Just though/hoped that something specific for Gay Cinema existed and someone knew about it.

HDHomeRun Missing Some Channels

I installed the add-on for HDHomeRun Prime, and while it is working, it does not list any of the channels between 800 and the audio channels, which start at 900.

Is there any way to configure/add the channels? I can watch them through WMC or the HDHomeRun Viewer, but not in Kodi.

I'm running Win7 if it matters.

I currently use chromecast dongle to view video and images from my tablet to my (non-smart) and TV with compatible apps like netflix and YouTube. Brilliant! Perfect! Can't fault it. However, the only option I have with Kodi app for Android is to mirror my tablet's screen. This causes the video to stutter and the audio to go out of sync. I can work around the audio sync problem by connecting to my soundbar via Bluetooth (battery intensive!) but not the video stutter. Please consider a cast option for videos in future updates! I'd love you forever x

Quasar - Streaming [Pulsar fork]

Quasar does not include nor links to any providers connecting to illegal sources. Do not even ask, read the forum rules and Kodi's Piracy Stance.


What is it?

Quasar is a fork of the popular Pulsar add-on. See original thread for a description of its basic features.


Why?

Diverging opinions on the continued development of Pulsar lead to the recommendation that both forks should get their own name, new threads, and leave Pulsar to steeve if he ever comes back to his add-on.


Is it compatible?

Yes, the first release is still using the plugin.video.pulsar namespace to stay compatible with current providers and to give enough time for the transition. It will eventually become plugin.video.quasar when it's ready.


Where do I get it?

Head over to the releases page on GitHub to download the latest release.


Where is the repo to get updates?

When installing Quasar, it creates its own repository which is linked to the GitHub releases. Steeve had done something very clever with this. Feel free to disable it if you prefer using a different unofficial repository to get updates.


How can I contribute?

Head over to the plugin's GitHub page for general support with the add-on. There is also the daemon's repo if you'd like to get into the guts of the add-on, or even the libtorrent-go repo for issues and contributions to cross-compilation and the torrent engine.

English Premier League replays Needed

Hello everyone, I am located in the United States and I cant watch the English Premier League streams at the hours they play live. I'm looking for someplace that i can watch replays of all of the English premier league games. I currently have Football Replays but it doesn't always have the games I want to watch. Could you direct me to somewhere that I can watch full replays of the English Premier League replays?

Video AddOn's or maybe general Kodi Problem

Hi,

i installed Kodi yesterday for the first time, on an Amazon FireTV(1st gen).

Used adbfire to install FireStarter and after that FireStarter to download and install Kodi15.2.

Customized Kodi to my best knowledge(Language, Keyboard etc.)

Added Library for Music pointing to my NAS, works flawlessly.

Found by chance the Video Add-On for the Polish Television TVP.pl VOD in the Kodi/XBMC repository
and installed it from there.

Executing the Add-On i am able to see all the Serials offered and and can drill down to a single episode
but trying to open that stream i get an "an error has occured, Please see the error log" message.

Thinking it could be a problem of some regional restrictions, for i am living in Germany and not in Poland,
i tried another Add-On from the repository, this time for BR(Bayerischer Rundfund) Mediathek.

Same result, and also for the another Add-On also from the repository, BravoTV.

This leads me to think it maybe a general problem, maybe missing prereqs, and not related to a special Add-On.

Used Firestarter to download and install Kodi 16RC3 hoping it would solve the problem
but it did not change anything.

Using adbfire to pull the Kodi logfile to my Win10 desktop and trying to locate an error message i found
this one occuring every time i tried to open a VOD Stream
